Terms of Service
Effective April 23, 2026
Welcome to onmylist. By using the app you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language — if something isn't clear, ask us at hello@onmylist.app.
Using onmylist
You can use onmylist to manage your personal or professional to-dos. You need to be 13 or older. One account per person — don't share credentials. You're responsible for what you put in your tasks and for keeping your account secure.
Don't do this
Don't use onmylist to store or transmit content that's illegal, abusive, contains malware, or violates someone else's rights. Don't try to reverse-engineer the service, scrape it at scale, or use it to build a competing product. If you're going to hammer our servers or the AI endpoint beyond normal personal use, contact us first.
AI features
"Break down" sends the task's title and any notes you add to Anthropic for decomposition. Anthropic's terms apply to that processing — see our Privacy Policy for the specifics. Results are suggestions; you choose whether to accept them. The model is not always right.
Your content
You own everything you type into onmylist. We don't sell it, train models on it, or hand it to third parties outside the narrow processing described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting your account via Settings removes it from our systems.
Service availability
onmylist is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it running and correct, but we don't guarantee it will be available every minute of every day or free of bugs. If the service is down, we'll work to fix it — we just can't promise specific uptime.
Changes
We may update these terms when the app evolves. Material changes will surface in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use onmylist after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of onmylist is capped at the greater of (a) what you've paid us in the last 12 months or (b) $50. We're a small team making a productivity app, not a bank or a hospital.
Termination
You can stop using onmylist any time — delete your account from Settings. We can terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice when circumstances allow.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
